GroupWise 8 server restarts on SUSE box, security certificate goes away?

We had to restart our GW server the other day. When the server came up, the webaccess clients got security certificate errors. We placed the proper security certificate files back in the right place and restarted apache and all was well. This is the second time a restart blew out our security certificates? Does it not keep these files?

I know this post is old.. but, I will ask. So if the certs are hosted in eDir, they regenerate the files at each reboot, did you try changing the the server cert within Yast?
