Novell Audit - Platform Agent / FileSystem
« on: September 14, 2006, 12:45:38 PM »
How do you exclude directories on a server that is running a Platform Agent and is being Audited?

We need to Audit the File System but there are certain directories that process TONS of information and we need to exclude them? I hope this makes since.

With NSURE Audit 1.0.x, the filesystem needed to be
treated as a whole, and all filesystem transactions
were logged.

What version of Audit?

I wish there was a way you could, but you can't.  It's a limitation of the product :(

Maybe Sentinel will have better support for this.

I know it's alot of $$$, but it may be worth for what it supports.
